About The Position
Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Warehouse team as an Operator Level 1. This role is responsible for managing finished goods, fulfilling customer orders, and loading trucks. The position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, strong organizational skills, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
- Use equipment such as chop saws, banding/strapping equipment, nail gun, etc.
- Work with little supervision
- Detail oriented
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and organize tasks in required time frames.
- Speak English at a basic level
- Pass company background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Stock finished goods material delivered to the warehouse and accurately record and transact information
- Use shipping documents to pull outbound customer orders.
- Load trucks onto outbound trailers
- Operate forklift or Walkie Rider as needed (Company certification required)
- Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
