About The Position

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you will help ensure stores receive the right stock when they need it. You will pick products, support team tasks such as checking stock, and work independently through orders so that the company’s products reach customers. The role involves packing a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items, and ensuring deliveries are stacked securely. The advertised contract is 37.5 hours, with a shift pattern of 12:45–21:00. Pay is £13.80–£14.45 per hour, with additional premiums for applicable hours, including work in the freezer and overnight hours. Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to picking instructions through a headset and carry them out swiftly.
• Pack a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked securely.
• Report damaged items to a manager.
• Work independently through assigned orders.
• Support team tasks such as checking stock.
