In this role, you will manage all warehouse functions, overseeing the day- to- day operations, including receiving, distribution and personnel supervision. Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
- 5- 10 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Experienced in managing delivery trucks and drivers.
- Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
- Scheduling and assigning employees to complete warehouse operational requirements and follow-up on work results.
- Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
