About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Manager at OWC (Other World Computing) is responsible for leading all warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery of OWC’s industry-leading technology products. This role oversees inventory accuracy, order fulfillment across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, and seamless coordination of domestic and international logistics. The position also plays a key role in financial operations, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, including cross-border activities with Canada. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in scaling warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce and technology-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in e-commerce or technology hardware environments
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, WMS, and ERP platforms
  • Experience managing marketplace fulfillment (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify integrations)
  • Familiarity with U.S.–Canada cross-border logistics, customs requirements, and GST/CRA compliance
  • Financial management experience including invoice processing and vendor payments
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and warehouse technologies
  • Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams

  • Certification preferred for operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all OWC customer orders (DTC, B2B, and marketplace) are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
  • Monitor daily order flow and proactively resolve delays to meet OWC’s customer satisfaction standards
  • Continuously optimize fulfillment workflows to support high-volume, high-accuracy operations
  • Maintain precise inventory control across all SKUs, including components, accessories, and finished goods
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
  • Manage stock replenishment and coordinate transfer requests between warehouse locations
  • Partner with purchasing and planning teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and service vendors
  • Review, reconcile, and process vendor invoices; ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Support procurement processes aligned with inventory planning and operational goals
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse facility operations, including layout optimization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the landlord for lease management, facility issues, and negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable workplace safety standards
  • Recruit, train, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with OWC’s operational standards
  • Track and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory variance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, scalability, and cost savings
