Requirements

A High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required.
3-4 years of prior warehousing distribution experience is required.
2 years of prior warehouse management experience is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid Driver’s License and own transportation are required.

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse operations across multiple locations, providing hands-on guidance and assistance to ensure operational success.
Develop and execute strategies that improve safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Coach, mentor, and develop Warehouse Managers and leadership teams while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Establish performance standards, monitor key operational metrics, and drive corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Partner with warehouse teams and cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges and deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee workforce planning, staffing, training, and succession development to ensure warehouses are equipped for current and future growth.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and best practices while managing budgets and resources effectively.
