About The Position

Procon Roofing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our field crews. This role is responsible for maintaining an efficient, safe, and well-organized warehouse while ensuring accurate inventory management and coordination of materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a management role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance

Nice To Haves

• Experience coordinating with field teams or construction crews is an asset

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times
• Coordinate material distribution and returns for field crews, ensuring all required documentation is completed
• Manage stock in/out processes and maintain proper records
• Ensure all vehicle maintenance requirements are tracked and documented, including completion of maintenance forms
• Support and participate in warehouse improvement projects and operational efficiencies
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Provide direction, support, and guidance to warehouse staff
• Foster a positive team environment and maintain strong working relationships
• Hold team members accountable and assist in improving performance where needed
• Identify training and development opportunities for staff
• Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and accountability
