Warehouse Operations Internship (JD Young program)
About The Position
This internship is part of the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to provide early-career talent with hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, interns will work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. The role involves supporting the building and improvement of Job Families for Job Profiles in Logistics Warehouse and Supply Chain Management. The program values curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to take ownership in a fast-moving environment, helping interns build real skills and make a real impact from day one.
Requirements
- Native Chinese speakers preferred.
- Graduating in 2025 and 2026.
- Majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.
- Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication.
- Strong interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in international supply chains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Support daily order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with data analysis and report preparation, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Communicate across departments to ensure supply chain operations align with business objectives.
- Contribute to supply chain projects, driving digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Follow warehouse safety and operational protocols, and participate in picking, packing, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed.
