About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, in South Bend, IN. As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will manage daily fulfillment and shipping from the HQ office, coordinate with UPS representatives to ensure daily pickups are completed, and maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, and other HQ inventory. You will also monitor packaging and shipping supplies and reorder as needed, enter and maintain shipment tracking information in the ERP system, and track orders and shipments through customer portals and internal systems. Additionally, you will maintain IT equipment inventory and communicate equipment or supply needs, and assist with resolving shipping, inventory, and fulfillment issues.

Requirements

Experience of warehouse operations like Shipping/Logistics, operations, fulfillment, inventory.
Experience of administrative support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (data, trackers, and reports).
Experience maintaining data, trackers, reports, and inventory records.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with ERP systems and shipment tracking platforms.
Previous inventory control or warehouse support experience.
Experience coordinating with third-party shipping and logistics providers.

Responsibilities
