This role oversees all aspects of daily operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and safely. The Warehouse Operations Analyst supports the Warehouse Leader in managing Philips’ third-party logistics (3PL) providers, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures that warehouse operations meet high standards for productivity, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IWD COE, planning, GBS, procurement, and quality, to ensure a seamless flow of goods. The analyst adheres to established processes and operational policies, selecting appropriate methods and techniques to conduct Root Cause analysis effectively and derive sustainable solutions. They contribute to continuous process improvements by developing and implementing sustainable solutions, seamlessly integrating them into existing standard work practices to ensure long-term efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners, providing influence over projects and peer groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization.
