About The Position
Foster collaborative relationships and drive continuous improvements with managed warehouse providers (MWPs) as a Warehouse Administrator in Sparks, NV. Provide hands-on operational oversight and consultative guidance to ensure alignment between Schneider and MWPs. Focus on enhancing throughput, service quality and overall warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Make sure MWPs are aligned with Schneider’s operational standards and performance expectations.
- Review and approve MWP invoices for financial accuracy.
- Act as the point of contact for performance insight, improvement opportunities and alignment with customer requirements.
- Conduct safety audits to verify MWP compliance with Schneider’s operational protocols.
- Participate in customer calls and meetings, to ensure alignment with evolving service needs.
- Identify new solutions for customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management.
- Collaborate with other teams to source, onboard and integrate MWPs.
