Our Cowpens, South Carolina team is looking for an Operations Administrator who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys supporting both operations and customer service in a manufacturing environment. The typical hours for the role are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or manufacturing support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and process manufacturing batch tickets within our ERP system.
  • Print product labels and prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
  • Verify inventory availability to support customer orders.
  • Receive purchase orders and maintain accurate system records.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide administrative support to internal teams.
  • Work closely with operations, quality, customer service, and leadership to resolve inventory or order discrepancies.
  • Assist with managing slow-moving inventory alongside operations and quality teams.
  • Process customer orders received by phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve service issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
