About The Position

This part-time, first-shift Warehouse Material Handler role works 4:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. The role supports Staples Supply Chain by manually loading trucks with products for delivery. Work includes lifting, lowering, and carrying products in a fast-paced warehouse, stacking empty pallets, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Employees are expected to follow safe work practices and contribute to the company’s safety culture. The warehouse may have seasonal temperature variations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 3 months of related warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment or merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Ability to become MHEO certified and safely operate required material handling equipment.
• Ability to learn and follow safety procedures quickly.
• Willingness to keep the work area clean.
