About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler supports a positive, fast-paced warehouse team by helping deliver a great customer experience. The role involves accurately fulfilling orders by locating products, preparing them for delivery, and loading them onto trucks. The handler also receives and tracks inventory, organizes products, and follows warehouse safety and security procedures. Training is provided for warehouse equipment and handheld scanning devices.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, or up to 75 pounds with supportive equipment or assistance from team members.
Ability to stand and walk for much of the shift.
Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting numbers.
Willingness to learn to operate equipment such as a forklift and handheld scanning device; training is provided.
Ability to work in various temperatures within the warehouse.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks and safely move boxes and materials using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, handcarts, cherry pickers, walking riders, reach trucks, and EZGo carts.
Count, check, and record items received into or shipped from the warehouse.
Use a handheld device to scan barcodes and labels to track inventory levels.
Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage.
Keep products organized and free from damage.
Follow and promote procedures that maintain warehouse safety and security.
