About The Position

The Warehouse Material Handler helps deliver a positive customer experience by accurately fulfilling orders and moving products from the warehouse to customers. The role works in a supportive, fast-paced warehouse environment, handling incoming and outgoing materials, preparing products for delivery or storage, and helping maintain safe, organized operations. Training is provided for warehouse equipment and handheld scanning devices. The position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is full-time on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $21–$26 per hour, with a short-term incentive bonus and a full benefits package. Base pay may vary according to experience and skills.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to regularly lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, or up to 75 pounds with supportive equipment or assistance from team members.
Be able to stand and walk for much of the shift.
Have basic math skills, including adding and subtracting numbers.
Be willing to learn to operate equipment such as a forklift and handheld scanning device; training is provided.
Be able to work in various temperatures within the warehouse.
Be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks and move boxes and materials safely using warehouse equipment.
Count, check, and record items received into or shipped from the warehouse.
Use a handheld device to scan barcodes and labels to track inventory.
Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage.
Help keep products undamaged and organized.
Follow and promote procedures that keep the warehouse safe and secure.
