About The Position

ABC Supply is seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler to receive materials, pull orders for walk-in customers, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks. The role may also assist with delivering materials to customers or jobsites, including unloading and staging products at jobsites. Employees are expected to perform all duties safely and provide helpful, professional service to customers and coworkers.

The shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. ABC Supply describes itself as an employee-first company that recognizes employees’ talents, rewards their efforts, and supports their potential.

Requirements

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds consistently.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred.
• Building material experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete pick ticket orders.
• Unload and receive all OTR deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for each company delivery truck.
• Perform rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned daily.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Double-check loads for accuracy and ensure they are thoroughly secured for delivery.
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
• Treat customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner.
• Assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites when assigned, including unloading and staging products at jobsites.
• Perform all duties safely.
