About The Position

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Handler to support the smooth operation of its warehouse. The role manages the daily flow of materials, including accurate shipping and receiving, material deliveries when needed, and inventory control. The Warehouse Material Handler also helps maintain a clean and safe work environment and maintains and repairs warehouse equipment. The position supports field technicians by preparing and loading materials and building strong working relationships to meet their warehousing needs. Travel to Ledcor warehouses may be required as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound stock.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving customer demands.
• Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to Ledcor warehouses as needed.
• Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
• Forklift Operator Certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
• Operate a forklift safely and precisely as required.
• Maintain inventory control and select orders accurately.
• Assist technicians with loading materials to meet their needs.
• Keep the warehouse safe and clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with field technicians to meet their warehousing demands.
• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment.
