About The Position

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Handler to support the smooth operation of its warehouse. The role manages the daily flow of materials, including accurate shipping and receiving, delivering materials when necessary, and inventory control. The employee also maintains a clean and safe work environment and maintains and repairs warehouse equipment. The position may require travel to Ledcor warehouses as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound stock.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving customer demands.
• Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to Ledcor warehouses as needed.
• Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
• Forklift Operator Certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
• Operate a forklift as required, safely and precisely.
• Maintain inventory control and select orders accurately.
• Assist technicians with loading materials to meet their needs.
• Keep the warehouse safe and clean, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Build and maintain relationships with field technicians to meet their warehousing needs.
• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment.
