About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, with potential for overtime and schedule changes based on business needs. Team members are expected to consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, with team lifts or mechanical equipment used for heavier items like commercial tires. Pushing force of up to 40 pounds may be required for barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. The role also involves working at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment, and being on your feet for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all policies is essential. This position may also assist other departments as needed, and duties are not exhaustive, with team members potentially performing other job-related tasks as assigned by their supervisor.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
Ability to pass forklift certification
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
Work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
Assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs
