About The Position

ABC Supply is seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler/Backup CDL Driver to receive materials, fulfill walk-in customer orders, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks. The role may also assist with deliveries to customers or jobsites, including unloading and staging products. Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently lift 75–100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred.
• Building material experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete pick ticket orders.
• Unload and receive all over-the-road deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for company delivery trucks.
• Perform rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned each day.
• Provide excellent customer service and treat customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner.
• Double-check loads for accuracy and ensure products are secured for delivery.
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
• Assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites, including unloading and staging products as assigned.
• Perform all duties safely.
