About The Position
SSR Mining Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to join their team at the Seabee Gold Operation in Saskatchewan. This role is crucial for managing the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining site warehousing. The Seabee Gold Operation is the only gold producing facility in Saskatchewan, located northeast of Saskatoon. Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Heavy Industrial warehouse and materials handling.
- Forklift experience.
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and industry best practices.
- Ability work effectively within budget guidelines and meet required deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge with ERP platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift and loader experience would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and distributing materials shipped to site, comparing received POs to data base entries in SAP.
- Shipping material off site and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintaining site warehousing using max/min system, managing inventory yards, processing departmental internal inventory issuances, performing inventory counts.
- Handles / transports explosives.
- Any other duties as assigned by the department.
