About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton Regional Distribution Centre team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are tracked, questions are answered, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with warehouse and transportation teams, and delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in heavy equipment, transportation, industrial, oilfield, or related industries.
  • Previous experience as a Parts Technician, Mechanic, Service Advisor, or similar role.
  • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and voicemail messages.
  • Provide timely, accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Record and communicate customer requests, feedback, and concerns to appropriate departments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to meet committed delivery dates.
  • Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their parts orders.
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting with "hold until complete" orders.
  • Participate in daily and weekly customer service meetings and operational briefings.
  • Track shipments and orders with third-party transportation providers.
  • Arrange courier pickups and transportation for customer orders.
  • Prepare and complete shipping documentation and paperwork.
