The Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager handles the daily physical management and operational workflow of PixMob's assets and structural facility infrastructure. This position is accountable for maintaining 100% physical inventory accuracy while executing high-efficiency manufacturing processes for global asset renewal and technical refurbishment. The W&M Manager supervises the layout, zoning, and day-to-day racking strategies of the facility, coordinates all inbound/outbound shipping and receiving operations, and manages technical refurbishment cycles. Additionally, this role maintains floor-wide occupational health and safety compliance, alongside hazardous materials regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial warehouse management, inventory management, plant operations, or technical refurbishment/manufacturing environments.
  • Experienced user of WMS and Tier-1 ERP systems (Rootstock/Salesforce environments an asset); comfortable managing barcode and scanner workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of industrial safety codes (such as CNESST/OSHA) and hazardous materials handling (Lithium battery regulations); strong capacity for workflow optimization and resource planning.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the business owner for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Rootstock ERP inventory entries, ensuring accurate, real-time data logging for all physical stock movements.
  • Design and maintain racking locations, putaway logic, and clear "Inside vs. Outside" storage footprints to maximize warehouse capacity while protecting sensitive electronic materials.
  • Implement a rolling cycle-count protocol based on SKU velocity to eliminate year-end discrepancies, and lead the Year-End Audit process from A to Z.
  • Lead the Manufacturing and Refurbishment team daily to meet production schedules, converting recovered components back into show-ready products.
  • Oversee component inventory pipelines (PCB components, shells, battery cells, pull-tabs) and partner closely with Procurement to ensure continuous manufacturing runs without part stock-outs.
  • Oversee day-to-day refurbishment workflows across international 3PL hubs or specialized fly-in/fly-out technical teams, ensuring 100% quality parity across all global sites.
  • Direct physical dock and gate operations, ensuring safe and efficient flows for incoming raw materials, post-event return loads, and outgoing show shipments.
  • Manage inbound intake protocols to audit arriving items against commercial documentation, investigating and resolving shipping variances immediately.
  • Maintain workplace safety and handling compliance for Lithium-Ion batteries under IATA, IMDG, and local safety codes.
  • Participate actively in the occupational health and safety committee. Execute routine facility safety checklists and maintain a proactive zero-accident warehouse culture.
