About The Position

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, process optimization, and supplier management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills to drive improvements in logistics and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years of project team management experience.
  • Relevant experience in logistics for manufacturing, particularly in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies, as well as automation and smart equipment.
  • Proficient in using various data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong connections across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor overall operations of the general warehouse, analyze delivery performance indicators, and develop improvement plans. Ensure the effective implementation and tracking of these initiatives.
  • Lead the addition, optimization, and continuous updating of warehouse operational processes. Drive the development and improvement of the warehouse process system to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of logistics suppliers, leveraging high-quality resources for optimal use. This includes managing supplier performance, developing bidding strategies, and addressing service quality issues.
  • Take responsibility for the overall planning, solution design, requirement identification, and diagnostics related to lean logistics. Lead the development of feasible plans and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Act as a bridge between upstream and downstream departments, fostering collaboration and synergy to drive the achievement of organizational goals.
