About The Position

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee outbound warehouse operations during the night shift in Livermore. The role manages product replenishment, order selection and loading, provides direction to warehouse staff, and ensures the safety and security of outbound warehouse personnel. The position is full-time, with a salary of $90,000 to $95,000 per year and a Monday–Friday schedule beginning at 5:30 p.m. and continuing until the work is done.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Process improvement expertise.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Safety management and inventory control skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound, warehousing, and maintenance operations in alignment with company policies and vision.
• Plan the warehouse layout and ensure efficient use of space.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Oversee efficient, accurate, and timely truck loading.
• Monitor employees’ workflow while they pull orders and load trucks.
• Ensure productivity targets are met and warehouse processes operate optimally.
• Manage stock control and reconcile inventory with the data storage system.
• Contribute to annual budget development and regularly produce reports and statistics.
