Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and efficiently manage all internal warehouse departments, including inbound, outbound, picking, returns, parts, and inventory.
Coordinate and oversee the timely scheduling, unloading, and storage of delivery containers.
Ensure prompt and accurate picking, auditing, and loading of all orders.
Provide training and cross-training opportunities to staff as required.
Oversee the employee training and certification process to enhance team competence.
Uphold and enforce adherence to safety protocols among all warehouse staff.
Maintain availability of necessary supplies and tools for efficient warehouse operations.
Schedule equipment repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
Implement and reinforce operational policies and procedures for streamlined processes.
Regularly monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and quality standards.
Undertake any additional duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by management.
