About The Position

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Manager to direct the dedicated team at its 1,000,000-square-foot Pleasant Prairie warehouse, which stocks more than 43,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. The role manages nightly warehouse operations and leads employees in delivering legendary customer service while maintaining accuracy, safety and performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory or management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck.
• Experience with performance metrics and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.
