About The Position

As Warehouse Manager, you will direct the dedicated team at Uline’s 800,000-square-foot Kenosha warehouse, which is stocked with more than 43,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. You will manage overnight warehouse operations and lead and develop the overnight team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high operational accuracy.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. The role is based at the Kenosha Branch in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Management experience with knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop the overnight warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight operations.
