About The Position

The Warehouse Department Manager oversees day-to-day operations for a specific warehouse department and leads and develops the department team to deliver exceptional customer service. The role maintains accuracy in daily operations and monitors warehouse performance and quality standards. The position is based at Uline’s Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and offers overnight shifts: Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
