About The Position
This position will oversee the Warehouse Operations for the Fort Worth Texas Operation.
Requirements
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP/SAP experience.
- Inventory control and materials management.
- Leadership and people development.
- Food manufacturing and GMP knowledge.
- OSHA and warehouse safety compliance.
- Data analysis and KPI management.
Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, and performance.
- Drive safety, food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, labor productivity, and warehouse costs.
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
