About The Position
As Warehouse Manager you’ll direct the dedicated team at our 1,000,000-square-foot Pleasant Prairie warehouse stocked with over 43,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6 AM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated warehouse supervisory / management experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred.
- Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly warehouse operations.
