About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, manage inventory, optimize processes, and collaborate with other departments to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a distribution environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, best practices, and industry trends.
Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems.
18 years of age
ability to lift 40 pounds
ability to stand for 5 consecutive hours

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Develop and implement efficient and effective warehouse processes and procedures.
Ensure the accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and frontline workers.
Monitor and manage KPIs related to warehouse performance, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
Implement safety measures and protocols to create a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
