About The Position

The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.

Requirements

• Must be CDL & Forklift Certified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all route trucks are loaded and checked properly in the morning prior to driver checkout.
• Address any discrepancies identified, such as short product, wrong product, or damaged product. Confirm that all cases are vertically stacked and accessible for all drivers on the route.
• Note and report all issues so this could be rectified in the future.
• Maintain inventory by conducting daily physical counts, reconciling variances, and inputting data.
• Assist Shop Arizona team with shipping and receiving needs.
• Unload any products that arrive during the day and confirm accuracy with the BOL and sign once agreed to with the driver.
• Load customers trucks and match the invoice and BOL and sign once agreed to with the driver.
• Notify company personnel if product is available in the warehouse for pickup.
• Coordinate donations product, POS or coolers are loaded & delivered on house truck.
• Track times of truck departures/arrivals & miles on trucks.
• Report routes that were not loaded onto a truck.
• Keep the warehouse clean; pallets organized and separated.
