About The Position

Warehouse Manager – Key Account is responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations and logistics supporting major national retail customers, ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of key account orders and inventory requirements. This role promotes and implements the company’s core values and excellence in customer service. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers while ensuring key account expectations and operational needs are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key account customers by providing support, information, and guidance and ensuring customer needs are effectively addressed.
• Oversees order fulfillment for key account customers.
• Coordinates warehouse activities to ensure key account orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborates with external sales representatives and internal sales management to support key account business needs.
• Monitors warehouse operations and works to ensure merchandise is received, stored, processed, and shipped in accordance with customer requirements.
• Utilizes computing skills and knowledge base to work with multiple computer systems and business platforms.
