About The Position

This role will shape the future of Campbell’s warehouse management capabilities by designing scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP WM/EWM solutions that drive operational excellence across internal warehouses and 3PL ecosystems. By leading the evolution from SAP ECC WM to SAP EWM, you will define the target-state architecture, establish reusable standards, and ensure solutions are reliable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise modernization strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years focused on warehouse execution (SAP ECC WM and/or SAP EWM)
  • Deep expertise in SAP ECC WM, including IM/WM integration, picking/putaway strategies, transfer orders, and inventory management
  • Strong understanding of core WMS processes (receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, physical inventory)
  • Proven experience designing warehouse execution solutions across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics environments
  • Experience with SAP integrations (EDI, IDoc, APIs, middleware) across upstream and downstream systems
  • Hands-on experience supporting implementations, go-lives, and hypercare with strong root cause analysis capability
  • Strong knowledge of SAP change/release management and ITSM processes
  • Ability to produce clear architecture documentation and lead design reviews
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional and vendor teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across process, data, configuration, and integration layers

Nice To Haves

  • SAP certification(s), particularly in EWM or related logistics modules
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA logistics and embedded EWM, including ECC-to-EWM migration strategies
  • Experience with transportation, yard management, labor management, RF/mobile strategies, and warehouse automation integrations
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food manufacturing, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with non-SAP WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA) and hybrid integration architectures
  • Experience working with 3PL integrations and partner onboarding models
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) and tools such as Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

  • Design End-to-End Solutions: Define and deliver SAP WM/EWM solution architectures across inbound, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, handling unit management, RF/mobile execution, physical inventory, kitting/value-added services, and yard processes as applicable. Create solution blueprints, technical/functional specifications, interface diagrams, process/data flows, and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate Business Needs into Scalable Solutions: Partner with warehousing stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand business goals, process gaps, controls, and KPIs. Translate requirements into technical solutions while balancing value, risk, supportability, and total cost of ownership.
  • Lead Project Delivery: Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare). Oversee configuration, development, transport strategies, testing standards, and deployment planning.
  • Drive Integration Architecture: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to design integrations across SAP modules and external systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, 3PLs, EDI/IDoc, APIs, automation systems, labeling/printing solutions).
  • Ensure Stability & Continuous Improvement: Lead L3/L4 support for complex incidents and defects. Drive root cause analysis across process, data, configuration, and integration layers, and implement improvements through automation and standardization.
  • Shape Roadmaps & Modernization: Contribute to WM/EWM strategy and roadmap aligned with ERP transformation. Identify simplification opportunities, manage technical debt, and support ECC-to-EWM migration approaches. Develop repeatable templates and reference architectures for multi-site deployments.
  • Lead Vendors & Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate across internal teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, Integration, Infrastructure, Data) and external partners. Lead design reviews and clearly communicate risks, decisions, and progress to stakeholders.
