About The Position

Are you looking for a physically demanding job where your hard work directly translates into extra weekly cash? We are seeking rugged, dependable, and high-energy Warehouse Lumpers to join our fast-paced distribution team in Kansas City, MO. This is a highly physical, fast-paced, and labor-intensive role. You will be loading and unloading freight manually all day in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment. If you enjoy a demanding physical workout and want to get paid for it, this is the perfect job for you.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, load, and unload 50+ pound boxes consistently for 8 to 10+ hours a day.
• Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate controlled warehouse (hot in the summer, cold in the winter).
• Must be a proven hard worker with a "can-do" attitude who thrives on physical labor.
• Excellent attendance record is non-negotiable. You must have reliable transportation to ensure you hit your shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse loading/unloading, construction, landscaping, or lumper experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right physical drive and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload 50+ pound boxes, containers, and trailers continuously throughout your shift.
• Perform heavy lifting, stacking, sorting, and palletizing of freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a rapid pace to meet strict daily production and unloading deadlines.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment.
