Warehouse Loader (Part Time)
About The Position
The part-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role involves loading bulk and route trucks and handling outgoing and incoming shipments. Using order sheets, the Warehouse Loader builds loads with a forklift and electronic pallet jack, ensures loading accuracy, follows shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. The position may involve working in several weather conditions and repeatedly lifting cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period. Responsibilities include selecting designated product packages and flavors for route trucks, rotating products according to expiration dates, cleaning and repackaging products to company standards, disposing of damaged or out-of-code products after approval, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Forklift operation and warehouse experience are advantageous, and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- Ability to repeatedly lift cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.
- English language ability.
- Attention to loading accuracy and compliance with shipping and receiving documentation.

Responsibilities
- Load trucks by selecting designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse and placing them in route-truck bays.
- Rotate products on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
- Clean and repackage products in accordance with RBDC standards.
- Dispose of damaged or out-of-code product after approval from the Operations Manager.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
- Build loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
- Ensure loading accuracy and comply with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
- Assist with warehouse loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance activities.
