Warehouse Loader (Part Time)
About The Position
The part-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role involves loading bulk and route trucks, paying close attention to outgoing loads and incoming deliveries. Using order sheets, a forklift, and an electronic pallet jack, the Warehouse Loader builds loads, verifies loading accuracy, follows shipper and receiver documentation and warehouse instructions, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place in varying weather conditions. The position involves repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- English language ability.

Responsibilities
- Select designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse and load them into route truck bays.
- Rotate product on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
- Clean and repackage products according to RBDC standards.
- Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and periodically using a floor scrubber.
- Assist with warehouse loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Build loads from order sheets and ensure loading accuracy and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
