About The Position

The part-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The position loads bulk and route trucks, including outgoing loads and unloading incoming trucks. Using order sheets, a forklift, and an electronic pallet jack, the loader builds loads, verifies accuracy, follows shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place in varying weather conditions. The role involves repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period.

The loader selects designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse and loads them into route-truck bays. The position also rotates product according to expiration dates, cleans and repackages product to company standards, disposes of damaged or out-of-code product after approval, and performs regular warehouse cleaning.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift product cases weighing 20–45 pounds during a long work period.
• Must be able to work across several weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Load designated product packages and flavors into route-truck bays.
• Assist with loading outgoing bulk and route trucks and unloading incoming trucks.
• Use order sheets to build loads and ensure loading accuracy and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
• Rotate products on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage products according to company standards.
• Dispose of damaged or out-of-code product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
• Assist with warehouse inventory and maintenance activities while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
