About The Position

The part-time Warehouse Loader assists with warehouse activities, including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The role loads bulk and route trucks, using order sheets to build loads with a forklift and electronic pallet jack. The Warehouse Loader is responsible for accurate loading, following shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Work may take place across several weather conditions. The position involves repeatedly lifting a high volume of product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Ability to repeatedly lift product cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a long work period.
• English language ability.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operations experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Load designated product packages and flavors from the warehouse into route-truck bays.
• Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage product according to RBDC standards.
• Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
• Build loads using order sheets, a forklift, and an electronic pallet jack.
• Maintain loading accuracy and comply with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
