About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, energetic individuals for our warehouse loading and unloading team. This is a production-driven position where your pay reflects your performance. If you enjoy physical work, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps freight moving, this opportunity is for you. As a Freight Loader & Unloader, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely loading outbound trailers and unloading inbound freight.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Transfer cartons from conveyor lines into trailers by hand.
• Scan freight with handheld RF scanners for accurate tracking.
• Move rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Stack freight securely while maintaining speed and quality.
• Remove floor-loaded cartons from incoming trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
• Scan and sort cartons into designated containers.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
