About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring hardworking, dependable individuals to join our warehouse operations team. This is a production-based position where your earnings are directly tied to the amount of work you complete. If you enjoy physical work, staying active, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to meet you. This position involves continuous lifting, walking, bending, and working with a team to keep freight moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to repeatedly lift 5–50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into outbound trailers.
• Use handheld scanning devices to verify freight movement.
• Transport rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
• Organize trailer loads for safe and efficient shipping.
• Remove floor-loaded freight from inbound trailers.
• Place cartons onto conveyor lines for processing.
• Scan and sort merchandise into assigned cages and staging areas.
• Keep your work area organized while maintaining production goals.
