About The Position
Freight Breakers LLC is hiring motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Freight Loaders & Unloaders. This is a physically demanding, production-based position where your earnings are tied directly to your productivity. Requirements
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Capable of lifting 5–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical labor in a warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Hand-stack cartons from conveyor lines into outbound trailers.
- Scan freight using handheld RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Move rolling cages between workstations and staging areas.
- Build safe, organized trailer loads while maintaining production standards.
- Remove floor-loaded cartons from inbound trailers.
- Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
- Scan and sort freight into designated containers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area throughout the shift.
- This role requires continuous movement, lifting, bending, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
