This multidisciplinary team allows you to allocate your resources more efficiently. Our Warehouse Department is looking for a Warehouse Level III to work with our Warehouse team. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Read, understand, and carry out written instructions
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the defined SOP
- Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT
- Able to regularly lift and/or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices
- Must meet the eligibility requirements of the Controlled Goods Directorate (CGD)
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Basic Advance Pro (AP) knowledge
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties in a timely manner with direction from supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Safely assist in the loading and unloading of transport vehicles
- Properly pick and pack items according to company standards
- Prepare outbound shipments according to QA standards
- Transact and process material in the Warehouse system
- Physically receive and document inbound shipments using BOL’s, in accordance with established process and procedures
- Inspect and report non-conformances on inbound shipments (physical damage, missing parts, part/serial number mismatches)
- Utilize courier/freight forwarder software (i.e. FedEx Ship Manager), as needed
- Prepare and organize orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Maintain strict adherence to company personal conduct policies
- Perform other job-related duties as required
