About The Position

At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes. The Warehouse Lead will supervise and coordinate daily tasks, train and mentor employees, ensure accuracy and efficiency in warehouse procedures, assist in scheduling and planning, foster a positive work environment, and support overall warehouse operations by leading shifts as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
• Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!
• Training & Development: Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training
• Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations
• Hands-on experience in workplace culture and leadership communication

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.
• Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
