About The Position

The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills who enjoy problem-solving, training, and process improvement. CJ Logistics America delivers integrated and multimodal logistics services globally via air, sea, and land. As a lead logistics partner (LLP), third-party logistics provider (3PL), and supply chain consultant, the company helps customers leverage supply chain management for competitive advantage, reducing costs, transforming business processes, improving service, and facilitating growth. Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
• Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.
• Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
