This role involves leading and supporting warehouse workers, managing daily tasks, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Minimum of one year of warehouse experience.
- Must be able to successfully complete the E-Verify process.
- Reliable transportation to get to work.
- Steel-toe boots.
- Have two valid forms of ID to apply.
- Background check is required.
Responsibilities
- Leading and helping warehouse workers during the shift.
- Assigning daily tasks and making sure work gets completed.
- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming shipments.
- Organizing inventory and keeping the warehouse clean and safe.
- Training new employees on procedures and safety rules.
- Helping with shipping, picking, packing, and loading orders.
- Keeping inventory records accurate and reporting shortages or damages.
- Communicating with supervisors, drivers, and other departments.
- Enforcing safety procedures and company policies.
- Solving day-to-day problems on the warehouse floor.
