About The Position

ShipMonk is seeking Operations Leads who are important members of the operation, assisting supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. The successful candidate will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role. The Operations Lead must be technology oriented and possess strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for helping run department operations and lead the department when supervisors and managers are away.

Requirements

• 1+ years in leadership role required
• 1+ years warehousing experience
• Must be able to stand for most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Inventory Experience
• Cycle Counting
• Detailed Oriented
• Inventory Management Systems
• Problem Solver

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates.
• Help run department operations.
• Lead department when supervisor and manager are away.
