About The Position

ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to perform Warehouse Associate duties and serve as a backup to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. The position is suited to someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. The Warehouse Lead provides daily leadership, helps ensure team members meet expectations and follow company policies, and supports service center goals. The role also involves production and warehouse work, completing documentation, communicating quality or inventory concerns, and safely operating a forklift.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow and reinforce company safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies.
• Back up the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor.
