About The Position

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking to fill a Warehouse Lead position. This position is responsible for the daily, hands-on operation of the warehouse and shop in support of field crews. This role focuses on coordinating materials, tools, and equipment to ensure jobs are properly staged, delivered, and supported. The position includes performing regular warehouse and shop duties such as organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with deliveries as needed. The Warehouse Lead works closely with field teams, supervisors, and suppliers to keep operations running efficiently and to ensure materials and equipment are available where and when they are needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to safety, organization, and accuracy.
  • Self‑motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to assist in a variety of warehouse and shop tasks as operational needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Current DOT Medical Card preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, trailers, or other material‑handling equipment preferred (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily warehouse and shop operations to support field activities, including maintaining cleanliness, organization of materials and tools, and operational readiness.
  • Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for job sites by verifying accuracy against purchase orders, job numbers, and delivery requirements.
  • Load, unload, stage, and move materials and equipment for delivery to jobsites or internal use.
  • Pick up materials and supplies from vendors and suppliers as required to support operations.
  • Accurately receive, document, and track inbound and outbound materials, ensuring required records and paperwork are completed and submitted.
  • Operate company vehicles on an occasional basis to deliver or retrieve materials in compliance with company policies and applicable safety and DOT requirements.
  • Conduct required pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and ensure materials are properly secured during transport.
  • Store, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment when not in use.
  • Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse and shop and communicate material shortages or replenishment needs to appropriate personnel.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment; training and certification provided as required.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks and general warehouse or shop support duties as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with field personnel, internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to support efficient and timely operations.
  • Performs all other duties as required or assigned to support the success of the role and the organization.
