About The Position

We’re seeking a swing shift Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations specifically picking and pulling at the Aurora, CO facility. This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on teamwork, and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and performance. You’ll oversee daily picking/pulling activities, train and support team members, track performance, and ensure that all orders are completed accurately and on time. Schedule: M-F 2:00pm to 10:30pm (Potential for OT)

Requirements

Previous warehouse picking and inventory experience required.
Previous experience using warehouse scan guns.
Forklift certification or forklift experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours when business needs require.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service

Nice To Haves

Prior lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse picking operations during the swing shift.
Pick, verify, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with loading and unloading products in a safe and orderly manner.
Train and support team members on warehouse processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment activities.
Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Monitor productivity and communicate operational concerns to management.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse protocols.
Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or operational issues to management promptly.
Assist with special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned.
